Always board our girls here. They are meticulous and thorough and take very good care of our babies. They're always so happy to see them and they are always happy when we pick them up. They also have a fantastic rehab facility as well as daycare center.

Best doggy daycare around! Amazing staff and facility. Staff truly cares about the dogs. Also used their grooming service and our puppy came back soo soft!

Large, clean, comfortable and professional facility for boarding or daycare. We had our 4 cats and 2 rabbits checked in for 4 days, and we couldn't have been happier with the manner in which everything from check-in to checkout was handled.

My dog now has kennel cough the bill will be sent to this unsanitary place.We left our 2 dogs there for 3 nightsNever ever againIf you care about your digvdo not gonhereI will be letting the proper channels know

No one likes leaving their fur baby, but thus far I haven’t had any issues. They offer all the amenities to make your pet comfortable. They’re slight pricey, but I can’t beat knowing my fur baby is safe, taken care of and the location is on the same campus as his vet. ????

A great experience. We have no issues with our dog going inside. We have used this facility many times over the years and never had one issue with how they have taken care of our pets.

Terrible customer service. Tried to pick up my dogs a day early but would arrive after four. Told me was ok but then were closed. Why agree if you going to close? Business must be good to be so arrogant with a long time customer.

Our dog was boarded for one night and it cost us $80. They tacked on a $20 “convenience fee” that was not included in our initial quote. We paid extra for the “play time” which we aren’t even sure happened. AND when we picked up our dog the next day, half his bag of food was uneaten when we measured out the exact amount for him to get (girl claimed she measured it out). I recommend Camp Bow Wow which is $50 a night and much better...they just happened to be booked the evening we needed. Never again here.

We were very pleased with our dog's stay. We loved being able to watch her during playtime with the other dogs. She looked so happy!

Dog got sick for the 3rd time. The vets office connected took really good care of her free of charge but the carpet took the toll. The 1st 2 times was kennel cough but this time was doggy food poison. She is back to normal after 3 days of terror. Prob never go back

Tried reaching out both by email and phone but have had no luck speaking with anyone. As a first time customer, I was very disappointed and shocked at the outrageous pricing. Never saw prices listed on website and was never told about additional costs when I booked the stay or dropped off my dog.

So sad after leaving our dogs in there care come back smelling like a so bad. Never again..

We love Paws by the Lake for daycare! Murray goes there at least once a week and is the happiest dog when he comes home. We love being able to drop him off while we are at work so he can play and pick him up on our way home. The staff is great -- they give each dog attention and make them feel loved. You definitely get your money's worth here!!

I’ve been told from others that this is the place to take my dog. She’s very social and LOVES other animals and people. I was very sad to learn about the racism that my dog would encounter. Because she is a Pitt mix she is not allowed to interact with the other dogs there. We pay extra for her to go on a nature walk, night time cuddles, etc only to find out she’s is allowed to go outside only when other dogs aren’t out doors for her to mingle with because she’s a pitty mix. How do you consider yourself an animal friendly business? Why do I have to pay extra for you to tuck my baby in and why can’t she play wit the other puppies? This place should be boycotted. Until they make some changes I refuse to let my baby be objected to this type of behavior. #dontberacistagainstpittbulls

We were extremely nervous about leaving our 6 months Goldendoodle puppy anywhere. We toured this facility one weekend and were impressed by how well organized and clean it was. Our dog has been going to the daycare there for about 3-4 weeks now and he absolutely loves it. The staff is experienced at what they do and seem to enjoy working with the pups. They are always very pleasant and take special care to let you know about how your dog did during the day (and a report card detailing their activity each day). The day care room is clean and the staff is always there monitoring their play at ALL times (this was such a relief). The day care rooms are equipped with cameras so you can check in on your pups anytime you like. We haven't boarded him yet but the day care experience gives us confidence that our puppy will enjoy his stay there as well. Highly recommend this place. Our dog romps there all day and comes home happy and exhausted ????

They spend quality time getting to know exactly where each dog will fit in daycare, so they aren't just thrown into a situation they might not want to be in. They make my nervous boy feel all the more special during the day, and he always comes home tired at the end of the day!

They did not have enough stock to cover the ad I have received twice in my email and that day in my mailbox.
