The City of Dinuba Water Department provides water for about 26,182 residents living in the Dinuba area, California. Established in 1890, Dinuba City Water Department obtains its supply from a groundwater source, eight active groundwater wells drawing from the San Joaquin Valley Groundwater Basin.
