I have never liked steak, until now. Cauliflower steaks are genius! You don’t have to cut individual florets, you just slice the entire head, from top to bottom, forming steaks. The steaks look like fans and are so pretty to serve. Roasting the cauliflower brings out the best flavor and the simple ginger-soysauce is amazing.

We served our Cauliflower Steaks with a cold soba noodle salad for dinner.Cauliflower Steaks are a great side dish to any meal…or become addicted like me and eat them just because you can. Sometimes I make them for lunch to eat all by themselves.I’m a grown up so if I only want to eat cauliflower for lunch, I can:)

And if you are intimidated by Asian cooking, don’t be scared. Jaden’s recipes are easy to follow and she has a section in the back of the book that explains and describes the ingredients in the book. The recipes are easy enough to make on a weeknight, but good enough to serve when you entertain! The book is also filled with beautiful photos! You will for sure be craving Asian food after flipping through the book.

Congratulations Jaden on a fabulous cookbook! Your Cauliflower Steaks are a regular in our house now. We can’t get enough! We are looking forward to trying all of the recipes in Healthy Asian Favorites. I’m sure they will all be favorites:)
